Gite booking notes:
25% deposit required at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. (Booking form sent via email)
Please note: we do not accept Sterling cheques, payment should be made via Bank transfer in UK Sterling to our UK Bank, or Euros to our French Bank. (details on request)
An additional refundable security deposit of 150 euros (or £150) is required upon arrival, to cover breakages, damage or if the Gite requires excessive cleaning.
All bedding and towels are provided. Beds are changed and bathrooms cleaned after one week with stays of two or more weeks.
Change over day is normally Saturday, however we are flexible, so please contact us if you require any other day, and we will check for availability)
Check out before 11.00am, check in after 4.00pm to allow for cleaning.
A log supplement will be charged if the lounge log burner is required.
Gas and electricity are included in the price. (Based on 4 adults and 2 children max.) An additional extra usage charge may be added should the Gite be used to entertain additional guests.
An additional gas charge will be added for winter bookings when the central heating is used.
